Z. Davis, Founder and Principal
With a background in Art History and over two decades of interior design experience, Z. Davis is a master at transforming spaces. Ms. Davis' portfolio reflects a wide range of styles, demonstrating her versatility as a designer and her commitment to the specific needs and lifestyles of each client.
Z. Davis' residential projects have taken her from renovations in the most demanding co-op and condominium buildings in Manhattan -- including 1050 Park Avenue, 135 Central Park West, and 1090 Park Avenue -- to landmark estates and historic homes in Greenwich, Connecticut to international design projects in France and Italy. Z. Davis' most notable commercial work includes the U.S. headquarters of Davidoff of Geneva, the executive offices of Christie's Auction House, a design consultancy at PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as the design of several retail stores in Manhattan. In addition, Z. Davis' background as a licensed real estate salesperson, coupled with her knowledge of the inner-workings of the real estate market in New York City, provide key insights when managing both residential and commercial projects in Manhattan.
Z. Davis is active in the Greenwich and NYC communities, chairing the Renaissance Ball at the Bruce Museum, serving as part of the Greenwich Junior League, and fundraising for several international children's charities.
